Paravista was created in July of 1998 through the merger of Spallucci Printing of Piscataway NJ and JLM Graphics of New York City. Combined the two companies provided 56 years of continuous service to the graphic arts industry. Paravista is a privately held corporation owned equally by three partners, Michael Spallucci, James Connell and Mark Spallucci.

The core business of Paravista is two pronged. Commercial Printing and Promotional Products.

The commercial printing division emphasis is in the manufacture of high-end sheetfed color lithography. Areas of specialty include, dimensional printed products such as folding and set up boxes, pharmaceutical sales tools, general collateral advertising literature, package inserts and numerous other formats. All manufacturing is conducted at the 50,000 square foot Piscataway NJ manufacturing facility. 

The promotional products division specializes in the creation and manufacture of customized corporate promotional products designed to specifically address the clients requirements. Customized radios with sound chips to casino sets and branded kits are among some of the products developed. Paravista is a US representative to two factories in China and Mexico in addition Paravista is a licensed ASI/PPAI vendor to produce standard catalog items customized with corporate logos in short run quantities.
